I received some papalo at a local market this week, and wasn’t sure what to do with it. I ended up adapting this recipe I found at A Sip of Bliss .
1 bunch of fresh papalo (about 2 cups)
1/4c almonds
2T lemon juice
1T chopped garlic
1/2T salt
1/8c jalapeño oil
1/8c olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If you don’t have jalapeño oil you can use regular olive oil.
